M Mosaddek Hossain Chairman
- Entrepreneur and founding managing director with 40 years of experience in pharmaceutical sector and widely respected for his business practice and quality approach.
- Successfully worked in two multinational pharmaceutical companies in different capacities for 16 years before embarking in this entrepreneurial venture.
- An accomplished pharmacist and business executive, he did his graduation and masters in pharmacy from Dhaka University and also MBA from IBA of the same University.
Kawsar Ara Hossain Director
- As an entrepreneur director, she mostly looks after the industrial operations and quality control aspects of the organization.
- Prior to her joining as the director of the company, she had a long and distinguished career in the pharmaceutical regulatory body within the country as well as a hospital pharmacist in USA.
- A registered pharmacist both in the country and USA, she did her graduation and masters in pharmacy from Dhaka University.
Nazmul Hossain Managing Director, Pharma
- An accomplished executive with 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, he is responsible for the overall sales and marketing operations of the company.
- Prior to his joining the company, he worked for two leading local pharmaceutical companies in different capacities for 7 years.
- A pharmacist by profession, he did his graduation and masters in pharmacy from Dhaka University and also post graduation diploma in marketing management from Bangladesh Institute of Management.
Zakaria Hossain Executive Director, Operations
- A career pharmacist with an experience of 32 years in pharmaceutical sector, he is responsible for the company’s quality management in manufacturing operations and also coordinating the activities for implementing the ISO and WHO-GMP guidelines.
- Before his joining the company in 2009, he worked for 7 multinational and local pharmaceutical companies in product development, production, quality control and quality assurance for 22 years.
- A pharmacist by profession, he did his graduation and masters in pharmacy from Dhaka University.
Md. Mahbub Alam Director, HR & Administration
- With 27 years of professional experience across multiple sectors, he currently oversees the company’s overall Human Resources operations and administrative functions, including legal procedures. Before joining the company in 2005, he worked with three organizations in various capacities for six years.
- He holds a Professional Master’s in Human Resource Management (MPHRM) from the University of Dhaka. He also earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, along with a Law degree, from the National University, and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from IPM.
- Professionally, he is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association, Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, and the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association. He is also a Founder Member of the Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Human Resource Society (BPHRS).
