The scientific seminar on “ECG MASTERCLASS”

A scientific seminar on “ECG MASTERCLASS” was held on 30^th March 2017, Thursday at 08:00 AM at Seminar Hall, Medicine Department, Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital (SSMC & MH). The seminar was organized by ECG Study Group in association with Dept. of Cardiology & Dept. of Medicine, Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital. UniMed Pharma was the scientific partner.

200 doctors (Cardiologists, Medicine specialists & allied) were present in the seminar. The chairperson of the seminar was Dr. Amiruzzaman Khan, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Cardiology, SSMC & MH and chief guest was Prof. Billal Alam, Principal & Professor, Head, Department of Medicine, SSMC &MH.

Keynote speaker were Prof. Abdul Wadud Chowdhury, Professor & Head, Department of Cardiology, Dhaka Medical College who delivered his speech on “COMMON ERRORS ON ECG” and Prof. M Atahar Ali, Professor of Cardiology, National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) who delivered speech on “ECG IN DAILY PRACTICE“.

Rapporteur of the seminar was Dr. A.K.M. Monwarul Islam, Assistant Professor, Department of Cardiology, SSMC & MH. Closing remarks was given by chief guest. Vote of thanks was given by Given by the Chairperson; he mentioned heartiest thanks to UniMed Pharma for organizing this excellent gathering.
