The Scientific Seminar on “Bladder Outflow Obstruction”

A scientific seminar on “Bladder Outflow Obstruction” was held on 25th April 2017, Tuesday at 11:45 AM at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College (SZMC). This seminar was organized by Dept. of Urology, SZMC and sponsored by UniMed UniHealth.

The Chairperson of the seminar was Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Asst. Professor and Head, Dept. of Urology, SZMC. Prof. Dr. AKM Ahsan Habib, Pricipal, SZMC as a chief guest; Brig. Gen. AKM Masud Hasan, Director, SZMC as a guest of honor; Dr. Md. Rezaul Alam Jewel, Vice Principal and Head, Dept. of Orthopedics, SZMC and Dr. Md. A Mottalab Hossain, Associate Professor & Head, Dept. of Surgery, SZMC graced the event as special guest. Other Urologists like Dr. Bakhtiar Uddin, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Urology and Dr. Ahsan Habib Mondal, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Urology were also present in this seminar. Dr. Anika Nawrin Islam, Dr. Golam Swad Sadik, Dr. Karima Hassan Keya, Dr. Shahina Akter Shompa, Dr. Subrina Suhana, Dr. Md. Shafiqul Islam and Dr. Zakir Hossain respectively were the speakers.

The scientific seminar was conducted by Mr. Sabbir Hossain, Product Manager, UniHealth Pharma Therapeutics and Product presentation was given by Mr. Sydur Rahman, product Officer, UniHealth Pharma Therapeutics. He highlighted the features & benefits in favor of UROMAX, UROMAX-D, RAPASIN, ALFUMAX-ER. Beside this, he also showed a very short brief of other Urological brands like UTROBIN, UTROMEG, UMACTIN-BD, CITRA-K, EDYSTA, IMPREJA.
